"One of the Greatest Wine Makers of his generation" acclaims Professor Denis Dubourdieu of the University of Bordeaux, Didier is renowned as one of the best Producer's in the Loire, and more specifically Pouilly-Fume. He made his wine in approximately 11.5 hectares in the tiny town of Saint-Andelain. His meticulous nature was part of the reason for Didier's impeccable wine; from hand-harvesting to vineyard management - biodynamic since 1993, he was incessantly scrupulous with his work on all scales. Tragically dying at an early age in 2008, Didier's outspoken and lively nature will continue to live on in France and the Loire.
