Michel Chapoutier is one of the small group of producers responsible for reviving the fortunes of the Rhone Valley in the last twenty-five years or so. Alongside some enviably sited vineyards, Chapoutier runs a negociant business which is a model of excellence for its type. Close attention is paid to the vines and grapes with Chapoutier only buying from biodynamic growers and the quality is very high across the board.
