Run by Marc Morey's daughter, Marie-Jo and her husband Bernard Mollard, this is a well-established 9 ha Chassagne domaine with holdings in the Premier Crus Les Chenevottes and En Virondot. The cellar lies underneath the family home, a 19th Century coaching inn, and the wines have a cool, understated purity. Recent vintages have seen Bernard crank up the proportion of new oak he is using, but traditionalists can rest easy - 25-30% is about his limit.
