Premium wine from renowned Mitchetlon winery. Cooler climate wine with an intense spectrum of elegant flavour - sweet brioche, fresh white flowers. Soft & creamy palate, refreshing finish.

Vinification Details.

Pinot Noir & Chardonnay from 3 different vintages have been carefully selected. The wine has an average of 3 years before being bottle fermented to enhance the complexity of flavours. It has then been aged on yeasts for 12 months.

Producer Information

Preece is a range of wines made by the Mitchelton winery in Victoria, which commemorates Mitchelton's first winemaker Colin Preece. All the grapes are sourced from cooler climate sites in Victoria with the expressed aim of making wines that retain a natural elegance and purity of flavour.
