A fun and fresh sparkling wine that places the emphasis on crisp, fresh fruit with soft green apple, lemon and peach flavours and a gentle fizz.

Vinification Details.

The best blending, made with the wine base after the first fermentation, is achieved in our cellars. This blending art is perfectly mastered by our head winemaker, Jean Paul Malinge, according to two centuries of tradition and he is one of the key factors of success for Marquis de la Tour. The second fermentation   is temperature controlled  and is made in stainless steel  tanks during 4 Weeks based on Charmat Methode. Thanks to Ackerman Remy Pannier ‘s know how, this method permits to obtain natural  fine and delicate bubbles to deliver a  wine full of freshness, smoothness , finesse and fruits.


Regional info.

The Loire Valley has often been called the garden of France. This pastoral landscape with its gently rolling hills & majestic chateaux also happens to be the largest sparkling wine region in France, outside of Champagne. One of the best known names is Marquis de la Tour from Remy Pannier.
