Producer Information
Founded in 1812, Laurent Perrier is today one of Champagnes most recognised names, and a true classic of the region. Based in the picturesque village of Tours-sure-Marne, Laurent Perrier has a very envious location at the intersection between Champagne's three foremost sub-regions: Montagne de Reims, Vallee de la Marne and Cote des Blancs.
Laurent Perrier was one of the first Champagne houses to introduce Chardonnay to its blend, creating a classic and signature style for the Champagne house, which today can be seen within its very popular signature cuvee, Laurent Perrier Brut. Here the proportion of Chardonnay is unusually high for a non-vintage Champagne blend.
Regional info.
L-P Brut Millesime is made of the most prestigious crus of the Montagne de Reims: Ambonnay, Bouzy, Tours-sur-Marne, Verzenay, and of the Côte des Blancs: Mesnil and Cramant.
