Producer Information
Lanson began producing Champagne in 1760, and today is known for its consistent quality and great ageing potential.Lanson wines are made with a high proportion of Pinot Noir within its blend, with a strong showing throughout the range. The result is a full flavoured wine, with richness and finesse. Lanson also produce their wines in a rather different way to the majority of the region, and do not allow malolactic fermentation to take place within the production process, leading to slightly higher levels of acidity and great ageing potential.
Regional info.
The values & expertise that created the unique and enduring style of Champagne Lanson have been handed down from generation to generation. As 'caretakers' of this tradition, they've passed this on while always remaining responsive to the taste of the modern, champagne drinker.
