Tasting Notes

Medium-bodied, fresh & elegant red with classic Pinot Noir cherries, rasp- & blackberries. The palate is juicy & crisp with subtle oak spice perking up the berries & ripe tannins holding beautifully.

Vinification Details.

The grapes are gently crushed and then fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged for six months in French oak barrels before being bottled.
