Vinification Details.

Low temperature fermentation, and the use of stainless steel tanks. Cold prefermentation over a period of 48 hours.


Regional info.

The Costieres of Nimes terroir is made of large round pebbles that originally came down from the Alps throughout the ages, and which retain the sun heat and transfer to the vine, giving the wines their specific character. That same “Alpine diluvium” made the reputation of Châteauneuf duPape, and Château Saint Louis la Perdrix embodies their direct heritage.
