This wine did not flatter and charm straight out of the barrel. It is a wine for cellaring. Yet don't let this put you off - it has great depth and was one of the most intriguing wines from our visit to Burgundy and perfect to buy En Primeur.

Producer Information

This Domaine is a long standing Bibendum favourite. Based in the unsung village of Chorey-les-Beaune, Tollot Beaut is synonymous with juicy, plush wines that punch above the weight of their relatively humble appellations. The reds here are among the most generous on the Cote de Beaune, the fragrant Pinot Noirs can be enjoyed relatively early in life. They are among the best value on the Cote de Beaune especially the Grand Cru Corton Bressandes.
