From red clay soils, this is a beautiful mouthful of delicious silky fruit with a delicate touch of spice and floral notes.

Producer Information

This 9ha domaine was founded in 1978 from the vineyards of Michel Morey's father and his father-in-law, and Thibault Morey now makes the wines. The vineyards are ploughed and the emphasis is on a natural approach with minimal use of pesticides and no fertilisation. The wines are fermented in stainless steel then aged in oak (around a third of which is new).
