Tasting Notes
Pale green colour. The nose is dominated by lemon aromas, pear and aromatic wild herbs. Lively palate of melon, peach and pear mixed with tangy, lemony notes.
Producer Information
La Serre is part of Foncalieu, a large, quality-focussed co-operative based near the ancient city of Carcasonne in the Languedoc. With a vast array of suppliers, Foncalieu's great strength is its flexibility which allows Bibendum's own winemaker Belinda Kleining to be very involved in the production of our wines. Working closely with head winemaker Nicolas Rappeneau and his team, Belinda is able to ensure that the quality, consistency and value of the wines meet our high standards every year.
