Tasting Notes

On the nose, there are spicy, floral and citrus fruits aromas, in particular pink grapefruit. In the mouth, this wine has a beautiful minerality completed by a delicate crispy.

Machine picked. Short skin contact before fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 3 weeks at 16C max and maturation on lees

La Croix is part of Cave de Foncalieu, a a large, quality-focussed co-operative based near the ancient city of Carcasonne in the Languedoc. With a vast array of suppliers, Stuart Grundy from the Bibendum buying team works closely with Nathalie Estribeau (Foncalieu's Head Winemaker).
