Bodegas Tabula farms 22 hectares of limestone rich soil in Olivares de Duero, between Valladolid and Penafiel, on the far western side of the Ribera del Duero DO. In this part of the Ribera del Duero river some of the most famous wines of Spain are made, and Tabula is an important part of it. At Bodegas Tabula there is one important philosophy pillar: ‘to make the best quality wines that express the authentic terroir of la Ribera'. Very old vines, latest technology, French oak vats for malolactic fermentation, double selection of grapes first in the vineyard and again in the winery, very limited production… A winemaker's dream. The entire range has already received significant international acclaim, scoring up to 94 points from both the Wine Advocate and the Guia Penin.
