Vinification Details.

Prefermentation maceration for 8 hours followed by moderm winemaking techniques and cool fermentation in stainless steel vats to enhance soft fruit flavours & preserve freshness.

Producer Information

This spanish white is sourced from the historic wine region of Carinena famous for its hot, dry summer days and cool nights which fully ripen the grapes. Bodegas San Valero was born as a wine cooperative in 1945, gathering 60 grape growers. Today it has over 700 active members who own about 4,000 hectares of vineyard. Their technical team closely work with our own technical experts to custom make these lovely El Muro blends.
