Robert Arnoux

Domaine Robert Arnoux was taken over by Arnoux's son-in-law Pascal Lachaux in 1995, who is a firm believer in biodynamics. There are 12 hectares of vineyards and the strict biodynamic approach means that weeding only takes place when the moon is rising. This meticulous and spiritual work ethic undoubtedly has paid off; as Lachaux has managed to enhance the already fine reputation of this unique domaine in Vosne Romanee.

The quality of the wines over the last 8 years has soared; producing concentrated and polished wines, which in true Burgundian fashion are neither fined nor filtered. These traditional wines; the true expression of 'terroir', are as ever highly sought after, and rank amongst the best Pinot Noirs in the Cotes de Nuits and in the world.
