Jean Grivot

Etienne Grivot is an established star in Burgundy who produces exemplary wines for Domaine Jean Grivot; where he is currently the 5th generation to continue the family's remarkable success. They were amongst to first to bottle and sell their own wines, and based in the legendary village of Vosne Romanee in the northern Cotes de Nuits area, the emphasis in these fabulous wines is on the full, rich Pinot Noir fruit.

The estate is blessed with vineyards on exceptionally good land; including parcels of Grand Crus Clos du Vougeot, Echezaux and Richebourg. The wines are made with much love and attention; reflecting the traditional Burgundian approach to winemaking; as stated by Etienne Grivot himself: 'there is no recipe, it's very personal'.
