Domaine Dujac
Domaine Dujac was established in 1967 when Jacques Seysses purchased and renamed Domaine Marcel Graillet in Morey-St-Denis. There were originally 4 hectares of vineyards, however there are now 11.5 with new holdings in Clos de la Roche, Clos St-Denis, Bonnes-Mares, Echezeaux and Charmes-Chambertin. This is a splendid and perfectionist domaine which combines a traditionalist approach (the wines are neither filtered nor fined) with the ultra modern techniques of biodynamics. All the Grand Cru and Premier Crus are aged in 100% new oak. These are wines of the very highest order and striking individual; intense, perfumed, silky smooth and impeccably balanced. Jacques Seysses now takes a back seat in favour of his son Jeremy and wife Diana who are firmly in charge. There is now also a small range of negociant wines under the label 'Dujac fils et pere'.
