Andrew Murray

Described by Robert Parker as “one of the finest wineries in Santa Barbara,” Andrew Murray Vineyards is a classic Rhone Ranger outfit specialising in producing Syrah, Grenache, Roussanne and Marsanne. The Single Vineyard white is richly textured, bright and minerally - more a Hermitage Blanc than a white Chateauneuf. The Tous Les Jours Syrah is designed to be an ‘everyday' wine: smooth, ripe and easy. The Esperance on the other hand is more serious kit: a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre, it is redolent of warm vintage Southern Rhone.
