Bodegas Tabula

Bodegas Tabula, which farms 22 hectares of limestone rich soil in Olivares de Duero, between Valladolid and Penafiel, is a fantastic wine growing location.

Meticulous berry sorting takes place twice after hand picking the grapes each vinatge to ensure that only the very best are used. Naturally low yields are even lower as a consequence! After being fermented in traditional wooden vats, the wines are then aged between five and twenty months in barrel depending on the cuvee.

So with the privileged situation of the vineyards, in the heart of the Ribera del Duero D.O., together with the limited production, of around 90,000 bottles per year, and the attention to detail during the harvest and grape selection process, make Tabula unique and unmistakable wines.
