Domaine Leflaive

Domaine Leflaive is today managed by Anne-Claude after her father Vincent Leflaive passed away in 1993. The wines gained a fabulous reputation during the 1960s and 1970s for producing stunning white wines from the Cote d'Or in Burgundy - so much so that these wines have been sought-after for as long as many wine enthusiasts can remember!

Domaine Leflaive produces wines that combine richness and depth of fruit with elegance, refinement and perfect balance. The unsurpassed holding of prime Chardonnay vineyards have become progressively biodynamic; these include 11 hectares of Premiers Crus, 5 hectares of Grands Crus - including parcels of Chevalier-Montrachet and Batard-Montrachet.

Recent vintages have shown that no end of descriptions of flavour nuances can do these wines justice; they have great purity and clarity, great concentration, but almost perfect precision, together with complexity, dimension and length.
