El Enemigo

Another Catena family project, El Enemigo is a collaboration between winemaker Alejandro Vigil and historian Adrianna Catena. The idea was to produce a wine that echoed the intentions of the original emigrants from Europe to Argentina, to produce a wine similar in style to those they left behind in the old world. A blend of 93% Malbec and 7% Petit Verdot, it is ripe and elegant with lots of spicy black fruit and sensible use of oak.
