All drivers will present themselves in branded uniforms and will attempt to call you approximately 30 minutes prior to their arrival. Please can you ensure we have your correct telephone number(s). Drivers have been trained to ensure that each delivery is checked and signed (checked) by both parties. All boxes that comprise your order will have a label affixed to them confirming your order number and the contents of the box.
Your delivery note will be used to record the proof of delivery signature. The document carries the Tradeteam logo and includes detailed information about your delivery and the products you have ordered. Space is provided to note discrepancies which will be recorded on both the drivers and customer copy.
Private Customers with Storage accounts - how will I access my wine?
Third party storage companies will allocate a delivery slot into your account within 48/72 hours of receiving the order from Tradeteam.
