STOP PRESS: Rothschild wines join the party - 19/03/2009

Just when we thought it was safe to publish a 'final' line-up of chateaux...!

But we're certainly not going to complain about it. This morning we received the fantastic news from Bordeaux that for the very first time Chateaux d'Armailhac and Clerc Milon will be showing wines at our Bordeaux Extravaganza on 22nd April at Lord's.

Both from the Mouton-Rothschild stable, they will add even more class to an already phenomenal line-up. As well as showing their 2008 wines, they will also be bringing bottles from 2006. All ticket details are available here.

If you like thinking about Bordeaux as well as drinking it, you might be interested in the Bordeaux Haiku competition that has just started running on Jancis Robinson MW's website. The 5 best haikus will win free tickets to the tasting but you can expect some fairly fierce competition from her forum members!
