Bibendum awarded place in The Sunday Times Top Track 250 Companies - 18/10/2011
New
We are extremely pleased to announce Bibendum's recent listing in The Sunday Times Top Track 250 companies. The Top Track 250 league table ranks Britain's leading mid-market private companies with the biggest sales.
At the recent Top Track 250 awards dinner Bibendum's Simon Farr and James Kowszun were presented with the prestigious award.
Here is what the Top Track 250 had to say about Bibendum - "A disused petrol station in London's Primrose Hill was the unlikely starting place for this business almost 30 years ago. This year it posted sales of £176.9m, a rise of 22% compared with 2010. Bibendum Wine sells everything from table wines to rare vintages, and its diverse list of customers includes pubs, restaurants, supermarkets and fine-wine connoisseurs as well as Chelsea Football Club and Lord's cricket ground. The business, still headquartered in London, is led by co-founder and managing director Michael Saunders."
