Chateau Pichon-Longueville Comtesse de Lalande has developed a reputation for outstanding wines in difficult vintages surpassing all other wines with its sheer hedonistic joy.

Over the past generation, Pichon-Lalande has enjoyed one successful vintage after another under Madame May-Eliane de Lencquesaing, who reluctantly retired recently at 80 years old, and the tradition of passionate involvement continues under Madame Sylvie Cazes.

We are thrilled Madame Cazes will join us in London to present a range of wines from this exceptional "super-second" - a term used for second growth wines comparable in quality to any of the first growths. We will enjoy a selection of older vintages, including the legendary Pichon-Lalande 1996, over a sumptuous dinner at Quo Vadis in Soho with a carefully-tailored menu by new Head Chef, Jeremy Lee.

This promises to be an extraordinary evening for which places are severely restricted.

Bibendum reserves the right to cancel any event due to unforseen circumstances, in which case the full ticket value will be refunded. Bookings will be confirmed prior to the event. Bibendum regrets that tickets are non-refundable unless cancelled at least two weeks prior to the event.
