The biggest and best Burgundy tasting will be back in town on Tuesday, January 12th 2010.

Following on from our buying trip to taste the new 2008 vintage in November we will be showing off wines from some of the best growers in the region. We tasted a huge range of 2008s when we visited the Cote d'Or in November and were very impressed.

The whites combine the freshness and elegance of 2007 with some of the forward fruit of 2006. The reds are more varied but the best and full and ripe with deep, sweet fruit and very fine tannins. To our mind, they are generally better than those produce in 2004, 2006 or 2007.

The tasting will include over 70 wines from the likes of William Fevre, Ghislaine Barthod, Nicolas Rossignol, Jean Grivot, Hudelot-Noellat, Tollot-Beaut, Nicolas Potel and Fontaine-Gagnard amongst many others.

Bibendum reserves the right to cancel any event due to unforseen circumstances, in which case the full ticket value will be refunded. Bookings will be confirmed prior to the event. Bibendum regrets that tickets are non-refundable unless cancelled at least two weeks prior to the event.
